WHERE: Birthdays are offered primarily in our Hillsboro Village studio but the Sylvan Park studio can be requested for parties that are 8 kids or fewer.
WHEN: Birthdays are booked for the following time slots: 10:30am-12:00pm, 1:00-2:30pm, or 3:30-5:00pm on Saturdays or Sundays.
PARTY LENGTH:
1-4yr Olds: When the party is majority this age group, we host ONE HOUR long parties within the standard time slot.
4yrs and Up: When the party is majority 4yrs or older, we host the 1.5hr long parties within the standard time slot.

PRICING and PARTICIPANT COUNT: Every party is a bit different with guest lists, we’re always happy to discuss!
1-4yr Olds: $275 for 5 participants, $10 per additional. A maximum of 10 guests is typical for this age if every child comes with one adult.
4yrs and Up: $300 for 8 participants, $15 per additional. A maximum of 16 guests is typical for this age if it is a drop off party. If it is a mix of parents staying and drop-off, we would need to discuss the cap!

Time: 1.5 hour party with 15 minutes before to arrive and set up, 15 minutes after to pack and leave (Studio reserved for 2hrs). *Can discuss a longer party, weekday and night time
Number of participants: Max 14 participants, Min. 8 participants.
Price: $300 for 8 participants, $15 per additional.

WHERE: Clients' choice! We've provided our services at homes, parks, country clubs, etc. You book the location and we'll bring the fun!
WHEN: Birthdays are booked for the following time slots: 1:00-2:30pm, or 3:30-5:00pm on Saturdays or Sundays. 10:30am-12:00pm on Sundays only!WHAT: Traditional OR Station style art activity
- All materials are provided and included in the price for the project, free draw supplies, and playdough time.
- Aprons from our studio can be brought for up to 14 kids** when possible (depends on conflicts in studio and the project).
- When given advanced notice (two weeks), we can bring disposable tablecloths.
- Tables/chairs need to be provided by the location.
- We can provide a short list of possible locations should you need ideas!
- A final head count for all participants (anyone over the age of 1yr attending, including the birthday person(s)) is required the Wednesday PRIOR to the birthday!
- Travel fees are included when locations are further than a ten minute drive from the studio. We charge a base of $5.00 and $.50 per minute of travel. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADDRESS WITH YOUR REQUEST. -
PARTY LENGTH: For ages 1-4yrs old, 45 minutes of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
For ages 4yrs and up, 1 hour of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
PRICE: For ages 1 - 4yrs old, $285 for up to 5 participants and $8 per participant after the original.
For ages 4yrs and up, $325 for up to 10 participants and $12 per participant after the original.

Attendance Style: Adult Assistance required for kiddos 3yrs and younger unless permission has been granted in advance.

Our services begin when the party begins. We set up before the party, have free draw for arrival time (usually 10-15min) and then begin the project once every one arrives (max 15min after the start time).
Within the 45 minutes of service, we plan for a 30 minute art project and 15 minutes of Free Draw and Playdough time.

TYPICAL STRUCTURE:
Within the two hours of service, the teacher and assistant/s will be present and ready to facilitate the project with participants as they come by. Typically limited to 8-16 seats at a time. Free Draw and the project are provided.
*For kiddos 3 and under, they’ll need adult assistance.

Process For All Parties

Once your date/time is confirmed, we will send you a deposit link! After your deposit is purchased, the date and time cannot be altered unless it's due to severe inclement weather. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate another time/date.

The Monday before your party, we'll reach out with project options tailored to the birthday person's interests and party theme! Already have something in mind? Even better, just let us know in your form and we'll make a note of it!

A FINAL headcount is required by WEDNESDAY of party week. We recommend erring on the side of overestimating, as any extra prepared materials will be sent home with you. Please note that any additions made after Wednesday will be subject to a $25 per person late fee.

A payment request will be sent via our booking system Sawyer for the remaining balance (minus the deposit). Any payments not settled within a month of the request will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
