Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance except for, or when otherwise indicated. 

Parents (or an allocated, responsible adult) must be reachable at all times during class/camp.   

Doors will be locked during class for security reasons.  Visits (including late/early drop off or pick ups) need to be arranged in advance.  

Late Policy: *Please email in advance if you know you will be later than the time stated. IF we can make accommodations we will but it is not guaranteed.

• Classes: We will extend a 10 minute grace period from the class start time for late arrivals. Doors will be locked at that time and you will be marked as a No Show.

• Camps: We will extend a 20 minute grace period from the start of camp time for late arrivals. Doors will be locked at that time and you will be marked as a No Show.

No responsibility will be taken for dirty/stained clothing. We provide aprons when possible, but art is messy!

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any participant who poses a disciplinary problem or is disruptive.

Adults accompanying child must check  where your class/camp/event is located via your registration email and your account.

Due to the nature of our schedule, kids will only be allowed in 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class/camp start time.

Parking is available where indicated. Please refer to the parking per location section of our website for details! 

When dropping off, an adult/caregiver is responsible for escorting the child(ren) into the Little Art House classroom. Please wait until your child is checked in to leave the studio or space.

If someone other than a parent or family member is likely to be picking up your child, we must be informed in advance.

Fraudulent Charge Disputes

We will notify you if we receive a fraudulent charge dispute to confirm if it needs to be refunded or if it was an accident (cancelled card, etc.). If it is an accident, you will need to contact your bank to ask them to dismiss the charges to resolve. If it doesn't get resolved by the deadline, you are responsible for the $15 fee for each order disputed in addition to the amount owed for services rendered.

Private Events or Birthday Deposit & Final Balance

A $100 deposit is required to officially reserve your date/time/location. Until that’s paid, any discussion of date/time/location is tentative!

Final balances will be requested following the birthday. Please be sure to pay this as soon as you can. Any unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file if it’s not paid within 30 days of the request!

SUMMER CAMPS:

Cancellations before two weeks of camp start date are eligible for cancel/refund, transfer or full credit.

Cancellations less than two weeks, up to 48hrs prior to camp start date may receive a 50% credit (credit can be applied to a later date or another event). NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.

Cancellations less than 48hrs of camp NO CREDIT, TRANSFER OR REFUND.

SESSION CLASSES:

One makeup credit via gift card credit per session is available when we're notified before the absence occurs or in case of inclement weather. No Shows” are not eligible for refunds or makeups.

Single class purchases are only eligible for one credit or transfer per year.

CREATIVE PLAY CLASSES:

These classes are only eligible for transfer with advance notice once a year.  Please email us with the class name & location, the date you'd like to transfer to and the student's name.  You are able to drop in to these classes where space allows if you’d rather wait to see if you can make it!

Kid’s Specialty Classes (Portfolio Building, Drawing/Painting, etc.) & School Year Camps:

Cancellations before two weeks of camp start date may cancel/refund, transfer or full credit.

Cancellations less than two weeks to start date and “No Shows” are not eligible for refunds or makeups.

Camps:

Refunds & transfers require cancellation two weeks prior to the start date.

“No Shows” and cancellations closer to the camp date are not eligible for refunds.  

ADULT SINGLE CLASSES:

Cancellations before two weeks of class date are eligible for cancel/refund, transfer or full credit.

Cancellations less than two weeks to start date are only eligible for 50% studio (credit can be applied to a later date or another event). NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.

“No Shows” are not eligible for refunds or makeups.

Cancellations before two weeks of start date of the first class in the series are eligible for cancel/refund, transfer or full credit.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLCIES:

We reserve the right to consolidate classes, alter class times or cancel class sessions if it does not meet minimum number of participants.

All notifications of schedule changes need to be emailed to create@littlearthousenashville.com (please do not rely on telling our teachers your schedule changes).

Classes are not held on statutory holidays. We reserve the right to cancel class for emergency situations.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

We will email you if we must cancel or alter schedules due to inclement weather.  If you feel you cannot make it safely, please email us in advance let us know and we’ll provide the make-up credit for future use if it hasn't been used for that session.  Single class purchases are not eligible for make up credits.

Photographs of your child and their artwork may be taken during class for website or other advertising and publicity purposes.

We reserve the right to publish any photographs of children working in class, and or artwork created by the students.

If you do no not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform the teacher before the commencement of your child’s first class.
